Taxation

• Compliance with Service Tax regulations including preferring appeals

• Handled Preferential Allotment of Equity Shares and formulated employees stock option scheme for the employees,
• Independently handled development, notification and de-notification of SEZ for IT & ITES, from identification of land until notification and de-notification by Government of India.
• Approval under Industrial Parks Scheme 2008 for obtaining Income Tax concessions for 2 (two) of IT infrastructure facilities.
• Drafted and executed Joint Venture agreements and Shareholders agreements with the overseas partners for Hospitality, SEZ and residential projects and related corporate, FEMA compliances.
• Project approval and classification approval for Hotel projects (4 star and 5 star categories) from Ministry of Tourism, Delhi
