• Joint Ventures & Shareholder Agreements : Drafted and executed Joint Venture and Shareholder Agreements with international partners for Hospitality, SEZ, and Residential projects, ensuring full compliance with Corporate and FEMA regulations.
• Tourism Project Approvals : Facilitated project and classification approvals for 4-Star and 5-Star hotel projects from the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
